• Remote HowToGeek.com is seeking an AI Tech Writer to cover the latest in consumer AI. This role involves creating hands-on guides, reviews of emerging AI tools and features, and simplifying complex AI topics for everyday users.
  
  

The ideal candidate will have strong writing and editing skills, experience with consumer AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney), and a curiosity for new technology. You should be able to translate technical features into practical, easy-to-follow guides.

• Write consistently and meet deadlines.
• Pitch and claim article ideas.
• Stay updated on AI tools, trends, and features for everyday users.
• Work within a CMS, adhere to editorial guidelines, and format images.
• Strong writing and editing skills with an approachable tone.
• Experience using and writing about consumer AI tools.
• Curiosity for new tech and ability to create easy-to-follow guides.
