HQ Administrator

The HQ Administrator ensures the smooth operation and exceptional experience of the company’s office. This role focuses on day-to-day operational execution, office systems, logistics, and supporting the Customer Care Center.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment, including breakrooms, offices, and shared spaces.
Order, restock, and manage office supplies, snacks, drinks, and essentials.
Monitor and clean communal areas (fridges, storage) and coordinate minor facilities needs.
Handle mail, packages, and deliveries
Manage room bookings for meetings and events.
Coordinate, set up, and clean up corporate, executive, and offsite lunches.
Support the Customer Care Center executives with administrative tasks
Greet employees and visitors; direct phone calls appropriately.
Maintain and update operational processes and workflows, implement repeatable systems, and document office standards to ensure efficiency and consistency.

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in office administration, operations, or related roles.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Comfortable coordinating logistics across multiple teams.
Ability to work independently and proactively solve operational issues.
Strong communication skills and professionalism in a corporate environment.
Ability to drive. Mileage reimbursed.
Ability to lift 15 pounds.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm

Pay: $18/hr
