HQ HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVE


  • Graduated from a Bachelor’s degree or higher,
  • Experienced in the retail sector (preferably in sports retail),
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in similar positions,
  • Experienced in central office HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, HR business partnering, career management, etc.,
  • Advanced level of English,
  • Proficient in MS Office applications,
  • Proactive work approach with the ability to take initiative,
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across different levels,
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.


JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Responsible for managing all HR processes for head office roles, primarily recruitment, including career management, workforce planning, promotions, disciplinary processes, etc.,
  • Planning and executing onboarding and orientation processes for the assigned head office departments,
  • Developing, updating, and implementing the company’s HR policies and procedures,
  • Taking an active role in projects aimed at strengthening employee engagement and internal communication,
  • Analyzing employee satisfaction surveys and creating action plans based on the results,
  • Managing HR analytics and reporting processes, providing insights to management through regular data analysis.
