Job Description

  • Coordinate with departments to determine recruitment needs.
  • Conduct recruitment process, including posting job, interviewing and selecting candidates.
  • Update, manage records & handle HR related work.
  • Support in developing and implementing policies and regulations on salaries, benefits, social insurance and other remuneration regimes.
  • Resolve issues related to employee policies.
  • Prepare personnel and administrative reports as required by management.
  • Management of stationery and office equipment
  • Organize internal events and corporate cultural activities.
Job Requirements

  • University graduate majoring in Human Resources Management, Law… or related majors.
  • Experience: At least 03 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Good communication, good problem solving skills.
