- Coordinate with departments to determine recruitment needs.
- Conduct recruitment process, including posting job, interviewing and selecting candidates.
- Update, manage records & handle HR related work.
- Support in developing and implementing policies and regulations on salaries, benefits, social insurance and other remuneration regimes.
- Resolve issues related to employee policies.
- Prepare personnel and administrative reports as required by management.
- Management of stationery and office equipment
- Organize internal events and corporate cultural activities.
- University graduate majoring in Human Resources Management, Law… or related majors.
- Experience: At least 03 years of experience in a similar position.
- Good communication, good problem solving skills.
