HR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Recruitment and Hiring Finding and attracting the right candidates Conducting interviews Selecting and hiring suitable employees

2. Onboarding Welcoming new employees Explaining company rules, policies, and culture Completing joining documents and providing training

3. Payroll Management Calculating and processing salaries Managing attendance, leaves, and deductions Handling bonuses and incentives

4. Employee Relations Solving employee issues or conflicts Building a healthy work environment Organizing team-building activities

5. Training and Development Conducting workshops and skill training Helping employees improve and grow professionally

6. Performance Management Evaluating employee performance Giving feedback and appraisals

7. Compliance and Policies Ensuring labour law compliance Implementing HR policies and ethical standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
