We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at a leading construction company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee development to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent.
- Manage employee relations, resolve workplace conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar labor law and local regulations regarding employment contracts, working hours, and worker rights.
- Work closely with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with legal requirements.
- Handle performance management processes, including setting objectives, appraisals, and addressing any performance issues.
- Oversee the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payments in accordance with employment contracts.
- Manage the company's ERP system for HR-related functions, ensuring smooth operations and data accuracy.
- Develop and send HR reports and analyze HR metrics for better decision-making.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or incidents, ensuring proper resolution.
- Ensure the company’s adherence to all hygiene, safety, and health regulations, especially for the workforce on construction sites.
Key Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of Qatar labor law and regulations.
- Proven experience in HR management, particularly in the construction industry.
- Strong experience working with ERP systems for HR functions.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse workforce.
- Ability to handle sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality.
