We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee all human resources functions, ensuring smooth operations in recruitment, payroll, compliance, training, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring processes, ensuring alignment with workforce needs.
  • Payroll Management: Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, including salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Compliance: Handle statutory compliance, including Employees' Provident Fund (PF), Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF).
  • Workforce Management: Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee data with confidentiality.
  • Training & Development: Conduct weekly training sessions and implement development programs.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
  • Reporting: Generate HR reports and analyze key workforce metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of HR management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
