We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee all human resources functions, ensuring smooth operations in recruitment, payroll, compliance, training, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring processes, ensuring alignment with workforce needs.
- Payroll Management: Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, including salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
- Compliance: Handle statutory compliance, including Employees' Provident Fund (PF), Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF).
- Workforce Management: Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee data with confidentiality.
- Training & Development: Conduct weekly training sessions and implement development programs.
- Employee Engagement: Plan engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
- Reporting: Generate HR reports and analyze key workforce metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of HR management experience.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
