Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter with hands-on experience in IT hiring and Digital Marketing recruitment. The candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end recruitment and coordinating with hiring managers to close positions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (Python, Django, Testing, Data roles, etc.) and Digital Marketing roles (SEO, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Content).
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and schedule technical interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
- Manage candidate communication, follow-ups, offer rollout, and joining formalities.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
- Assist in onboarding documentation and basic HR operations as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–6 months of experience in IT and/or Digital Marketing recruitment.
- Basic understanding of IT technologies and digital marketing roles.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in startup or consultancy environment.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
