Job Title: Human Resources Officer / HR Executive

Location: Saudi Arabia (KSA)
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Manager / Plant Manager

Job Purpose

To manage end-to-end HR operations in Saudi Arabia, ensuring compliance with Saudi Labor Law, supporting continuous local hiring, and maintaining effective manpower planning for factory and operational departments.

Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Manpower Planning

  • Handle continuous recruitment for factory and operational roles within KSA
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
  • Manage sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of employees
  • Support Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements and local hiring initiatives

HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
  • Handle joining, transfers, promotions, and exit processes
  • Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and shift rosters
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and employee benefits

Compliance & Legal

  • Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies
  • Manage employee contracts (Arabic/English) and renewals
  • Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and investigations
  • Liaise with government portals (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Absher, Mudad)

Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns
  • Support a positive work environment and conflict resolution
  • Coordinate employee welfare activities

HR Administration

  • Support visa, iqama, and medical insurance processes
  • Coordinate training and development programs
  • Prepare HR reports related to manpower, turnover, and compliance

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and government portals
  • Experience in factory or industrial HR is preferred

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic preferred)
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to handle high-volume hiring
  • Confidentiality, professionalism, and problem-solving skills

Working Conditions

  • Factory / site-based HR role
  • May require coordination with multiple departments and shifts
