Recruit clinical and non-clinical hospital staff (doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, technicians, administraive and support staff) Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and credenƟaling needs Source, screen, and interview candidates through appropriate healthcare recruitment channels Verify licenses, cerƟficaƟons, registraƟons, and experience Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes Ensure compliance with labor laws and hospital HR policies Maintain accurate employee records and HR documention Prepare and support payroll processing, including attendance, overtime, and deductions Handle statutory compliance including: PF (Provident Fund),ESIC (Employee State Insurance CorporaƟon),PT (Professional Tax) Coordinate PF, ESIC, and PT registraƟons, monthly filings, returns, and reconciliaƟons Liaise with finance/accounts and external consultants for statutory compliance Support audits, inspecƟons, and internal reviews related to labor compliance Maintain confidenƟality of employee and payroll data Required Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and hospital HR compliance Hands-on experience with payroll preparaƟon and statutory deducƟons (PF, ESIC, PT) Understanding of healthcare recruitment processes and medical terminology High level of accuracy, aƩenƟon to detail, and confidenƟality Strong communicaƟon, coordinaƟon, and organizaƟonal skills Ability to handle urgent staffing and payroll deadlines QualificaƟons: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business AdministraƟon, or Healthcare AdministraƟon 2–5 years of HR/recruitment experience in a hospital or healthcare organizaƟon Proven experience handling PF, ESIC, and PT compliance HR/payroll cerƟficaƟons are an added advantag
