Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support HR and Accounts operations. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of basic accounting principles along with working knowledge of HR functions, documentation, and employee record management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation
- Support attendance, leave, and payroll-related activities
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain petty cash records and assist in accounts-related tasks
- Prepare reports, letters, and departmental documentation
- Coordinate with various departments for administrative matters
- Perform data entry and record-keeping activities
Requirements:
- Minimum Graduation (B.Com, BBA, BBA (Hons), B.Com (Hons), or equivalent)
- Educational background in Accounts, Finance, or Commerce preferred
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor documentation
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office applications
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle records professionally
