HR & Accounts Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support HR and Accounts operations. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of basic accounting principles along with working knowledge of HR functions, documentation, and employee record management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation
  • Support attendance, leave, and payroll-related activities
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Maintain petty cash records and assist in accounts-related tasks
  • Prepare reports, letters, and departmental documentation
  • Coordinate with various departments for administrative matters
  • Perform data entry and record-keeping activities

Requirements:

  • Minimum Graduation (B.Com, BBA, BBA (Hons), B.Com (Hons), or equivalent)
  • Educational background in Accounts, Finance, or Commerce preferred
  • Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor documentation
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office applications
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle records professionally
