Job Description – HR / Accountant

Location: RNT Marg, Indore

Experience: Minimum 3 years

Qualification: Graduate (B.Com / HR preferred)

Software/Tools: Zoho Books, Hiring Portals (Naukri, Indeed, WorkIndia, Apna Jobs, etc.)

Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and proactive HR/Accountant to handle recruitment, workforce management, and store-level accounting for our Zepto Dark Store. The candidate must be comfortable working with a blue-collar workforce and coordinating daily HR & finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

HR Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end hiring through portals like WorkIndia, Apna Jobs, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
• Handle screening, interviews, onboarding, and candidate documentation.
• Maintain attendance, leave records, and update employee master data.
• Manage employee relations and effectively handle a blue-collar workforce.
• Coordinate with central HR for payroll, compliance, and documentation.

Accounting Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting tasks using Zoho Books.
• Manage vendor invoices, expense entries, and petty cash.
• Ensure timely reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Support audits, billing activities, and MIS reporting.
• GST, TDS, compliances, bank entries, payment reconciliation

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Zoho Books and MS Excel.
• Strong experience with blue-collar hiring and workforce management.
• Hands-on use of hiring platforms: WorkIndia, Apna Jobs, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced store environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)

Experience:

• Accounting: 1 year (Required)
• Human resources management: 1 year (Required)
