Position Overview

We are looking for an HR & Operations Intern to support HR documentation, internal coordination, accounts assistance, and workflow execution. The role combines HR, business operations, and digital tools, offering hands-on exposure to structured processes and organizational productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage hiring activities including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, internal coordination, and employee engagement
  • Maintain HR records, employee files, onboarding documents, contracts, legal documentation, and confidential master data
  • Handle payroll inputs, basic accounting entries, invoice records, GST/TDS documentation, and taxation coordination
  • Execute HR processes including onboarding, attendance tracking, internal compliance, and performance data updates
  • Prepare operational reports, financial summaries, accounting sheets, HR proposals, and structured internal documentation

Requirements

  • Ability to assist with basic accounts, record keeping, and documentation
  • Good mathematical and logical reasoning skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities for internal coordination
  • Excellent organizational and time management habits
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office and willingness to learn HR and operational tools
