About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Admin Executive to join our team. The role involves handling day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, and administrative support. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data.
  • Draft HR letters, notices, and policies as required.
  • Handle employee queries and provide HR-related support.
  • Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.

Administration:

  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.
  • Oversee office facilities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and related documentation.
  • Handle travel arrangements, event coordination, and other admin tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR/Administration (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with HR software/tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,624.75 - ₹29,996.05 per month
