About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Admin Executive to join our team. The role involves handling day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, and administrative support. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data.
- Draft HR letters, notices, and policies as required.
- Handle employee queries and provide HR-related support.
- Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.
Administration:
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.
- Oversee office facilities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and related documentation.
- Handle travel arrangements, event coordination, and other admin tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR/Administration (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with HR software/tools is a plus.
