Job Title: HR & Administration Executive / HR Admin

Location: Nanaponda (Pardi)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Week Off: Sunday

Gender: Male / Female

Qualification: Graduate / MBA in HR / BBA or any related field

Job Summary:

The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for managing all human resource functions and general administrative operations. The role ensures smooth day-to-day office activities, effective employee management, and compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Prepare and issue HR letters such as offer, appointment, confirmation, and relieving letters.
  • Maintain and update employee personal files, attendance, and leave records.
  • Handle employee grievances and coordinate employee engagement activities.
  • Manage probation confirmation and appraisal documentation.
  • Support payroll processing and ensure timely submission of attendance and leave data.
  • Maintain HR databases and prepare regular reports (e.g., headcount, attrition, etc.).

Administration:

  • Manage office maintenance, housekeeping, and ensure cleanliness.
  • Handle vendor management, quotations, and purchase of office supplies/stationery.
  • Oversee travel bookings, accommodation, and other employee logistics.
  • Ensure functioning of office equipment (printers, laptops, internet, etc.).
  • Coordinate with IT, facility management, and external service providers.
  • Maintain office inventory records and monitor usage.

Compliance & Policy:

  • Support in maintaining statutory records and HR compliance documentation.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to company code of conduct and attendance policy.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HRMS or payroll software (preferred).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving approach.

Experience:

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR and Administration .

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
