Job Summary:
The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for managing all human resource functions and general administrative operations. The role ensures smooth day-to-day office activities, effective employee management, and compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Prepare and issue HR letters such as offer, appointment, confirmation, and relieving letters.
- Maintain and update employee personal files, attendance, and leave records.
- Handle employee grievances and coordinate employee engagement activities.
- Manage probation confirmation and appraisal documentation.
- Support payroll processing and ensure timely submission of attendance and leave data.
- Maintain HR databases and prepare regular reports (e.g., headcount, attrition, etc.).
Administration:
- Manage office maintenance, housekeeping, and ensure cleanliness.
- Handle vendor management, quotations, and purchase of office supplies/stationery.
- Oversee travel bookings, accommodation, and other employee logistics.
- Ensure functioning of office equipment (printers, laptops, internet, etc.).
- Coordinate with IT, facility management, and external service providers.
- Maintain office inventory records and monitor usage.
Compliance & Policy:
- Support in maintaining statutory records and HR compliance documentation.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to company code of conduct and attendance policy.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HRMS or payroll software (preferred).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Positive attitude and problem-solving approach.
Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in HR and Administration .
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
