  • Recruitment: Posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating onboarding.
  • Employee Records: Maintaining digital/physical files, updating databases (leave, attendance).
  • Payroll & Benefits: Assisting with data for salary processing, managing benefit queries.
  • Policies & Compliance: Implementing HR policies, ensuring adherence to labor laws, preparing compliance reports.
  • Employee Relations: Answering queries, supporting managers, handling basic disputes, managing events.

Key Responsibilities (Admin Focus)

  • Office Management: Overseeing supplies, managing facilities, general office upkeep.
  • Communication: Handling internal comms, managing correspondence, answering phones.
  • Scheduling: Organizing meetings, appointments, travel arrangements.
