Hiring HR & Admin for Blitz Academy Pvt Ltd!!!
HR Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, coordination. Prepare and post job advertisements and maintain recruitment trackers.
Maintain employee personal files and HR databases.
Manage onboarding, induction, and documentation of new hires.
Track attendance, leave records, late coming, and maintain attendance systems.
Provide payroll input support by sharing accurate HR data.
Assist in performance appraisal processes and maintain evaluation records.
Draft HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, warning letters, etc).
Organize employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Support training and development coordination. Handle employee queries and escalate critical matters to HR Manager.
Administration Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the center and ensure smooth functioning.
Handle student enquiries, walk-ins, counselling coordination, and follow-up.
Support the counselling team with admission procedures as required.
Oversee fee collection, record keeping, issuing receipts, updating fee trackers, and coordinating with accounts.
Maintain accurate data entry of admissions, enquiries, and student documentation.
Coordinate front-office operations including calls, emails, and visitor management.
Oversee housekeeping, office supplies.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the center.
Coordinate classroom schedules, faculty requirements, and support academic operations.
Manage petty cash, expense documentation, and filing.
