HR / Admin Assistant ( Male )

Location: Kochi
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Role:
We are looking for a proactive HR/Admin Assistant who will support interview processes, handle HR documentation, and be flexible to travel to different client/company locations as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist HR team in scheduling and conducting interviews.
  • Coordinate with candidates for interview timings, venue, and documentation.
  • Travel to different locations for interview support, client coordination, and HR-related work.
  • Maintain candidate records and interview feedback forms.
  • Support onboarding activities and joining formalities.
  • Provide administrative support (letters, filing, data entry, attendance, etc.).
  • Act as a liaison between candidates, clients, and the internal HR team.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR/Admin preferred (freshers can apply).
  • Good communication & coordination skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently (local & outstation).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

  • Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
