Job Description

1. Day to day administrative work like answering and directing phone calls, managing customer/supplier visits, documentation, monitoring housekeeping etc.

2. Managing periodical admin activities like monitoring office supplies, office work travel booking of employees, customer related documents updating etc.

3. All HR activities like salary processing, employee records, keeping data for all company annual returns etc.

4. Responding to customer queries, complaints

5. Documentation -filing of company records- Xeroxing, scanning etc

6. Greeting and receiving visitors

7. Helping manage the office correspondence

8. Performing general clerical and administrative tasks

9. Managing petty cash transactions

10. Support to finance and ISO audits

Education : Graduate ,preferabally B.Com/M.com

Experience : 1 to 3 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
