1. Recruitment & Staffing

· Post job advertisements and assist in sourcing and screening candidates.

· Coordinate interviews, assessments, and reference checks.

· Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.

2. Onboarding & Offboarding

· Organize employee orientations and ensure smooth onboarding.

· Maintain employee induction materials and policies.

· Handle exit procedures, clearance forms, and final settlements.

3. HR Records & Compliance

· Maintain up-to-date employee files and HR database.

· Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

· Track employee probation, confirmation, leaves, and attendance.

4. Employee Relations

· Support staff welfare initiatives and handle employee queries.

· Coordinate performance evaluations and maintain related documentation.

5. Payroll Support

· Time Office Management, overtime data, and leave records.

· Assist in preparing monthly payroll and employee benefits administration.

Administrative Responsibilities

1. Office Management

· Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.

2. Administrative Support

· Handle correspondence, filing, and general office communication.

· Organize company meetings, events, and travel arrangements.

· Support the management team with administrative tasks.

3. Compliance & Safety

· Ensure workplace health, safety, and security procedures are followed.

· Coordinate with external agencies for inspections, licenses, and renewals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
