ront Office & Visitor Management

  • Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly experience.
  • Direct guests to the appropriate person or department.
  • Manage incoming calls — answer, connect, and transfer appropriately.
  • Handle couriers and maintain records of dispatches and deliveries.
  • Keep the reception and office area neat, organized, and presentable.

Administrative & Coordination Tasks

  • Arrange and record appointments, interviews, and meetings.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain calendars and assist senior staff with meeting setups.
  • Draft, format, and send official correspondence, internal communication, and documentation.
  • Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business documents.
  • Support travel bookings, accommodation, and itinerary coordination.
  • Handle follow-ups, reminders, and ensure deadlines are met.

Confidentiality & Compliance

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping in line with company policies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
