Job Description: Vishal Foods is seeking a dynamic and organized professional who will be responsible for handling a mix of HR, Executive Assistance, and Administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
· Oversee recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and induction processes.
· Manage employee engagement, team-building activities, handle queries, resolve concerns and facilitate performance management.
· Update and implement HR policies in line with current laws and best practices.
· Maintain accurate employee records and administer payroll.
· Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend adjustments for competitive compensation.
· Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars and organizing travel.
· Coordinate internal/external meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and follow up on action items.
· Act as a liaison for departments, clients, and vendors; handle correspondence professionally.
· Prepare and maintain reports, presentations and ensure accurate documentation.
· Manage office operations, supplies and facilities to maintain a productive environment.
· Address customer inquiries and support requests, ensuring timely resolutions.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
· A minimum of 2 and above years of experience in HR or related roles.
· Strong understanding of labour laws and employment regulations.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Must have basic knowledge of Excel, Email and Computer use.
