We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle daily HR operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office management.
Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management
- Manage office administration, documents, and coordination tasks
- Support HR policies, attendance, and employee relations
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in HR and office administration
- 2 + years of experience in HR administration or a similar role
- Experience in data center or IT related field is preferred
- Strong understanding of HR practices and UAE employment laws
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently with a high sense of responsibility
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
