Admin & HR JD
- Handle day-to-day admin work like document filing, courier, facility management, supervise housekeeping, bill payments etc.
- Travel bookings and voucher reimbursement settlement.
- Handle employee recruitment activities and orientation of new joinees.
- Manage employee records, employee information, leaves, attendance and payroll.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters and address their grievances.
- Handle employee performance review (monthly) and performance appraisal (annually).
- Maintain all HR and Admin related records.
Qualification and Skills required
- Candidate should be a graduate with 3-4 years of experience in admin/HR role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Should be good at MS office and internet based tools. Knowledge of ZOHO will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
