Admin & HR JD

  • Handle day-to-day admin work like document filing, courier, facility management, supervise housekeeping, bill payments etc.
  • Travel bookings and voucher reimbursement settlement.
  • Handle employee recruitment activities and orientation of new joinees.
  • Manage employee records, employee information, leaves, attendance and payroll.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters and address their grievances.
  • Handle employee performance review (monthly) and performance appraisal (annually).
  • Maintain all HR and Admin related records.

Qualification and Skills required

  • Candidate should be a graduate with 3-4 years of experience in admin/HR role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Should be good at MS office and internet based tools. Knowledge of ZOHO will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
