Job Title: HR Admin Executive

Department: Human Resources

Reports To: CEO

Summary:

The HR Admin Executive is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department. This includes creating reports, coordinating all operations, hiring and performance evaluation, and assisting the CEO in his day-to-day functions. The HR Admin Executive must be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Create reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and training effectiveness.
  • Coordinate all HR operations, such as onboarding new employees, processing payroll, and managing benefits.
  • Assist with the hiring process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
  • Maintain employee records and files.
  • Stay up-to-date on HR laws and regulations.
  • Assist the CEO with his day-to-day functions, such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and preparing presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in an HR administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹34,144.83 per month
