- Greet and welcome visitors, clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails
- Maintain visitor logs
- Handle courier, mail, and package management
HR Administration Support
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates
- Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave tracking
- Assist in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmations
- Help organize employee engagement activities, trainings, and events
Office Administration
- Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors
- Assist in organizing meetings and conference rooms
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Support general administrative tasks as assigned
