  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails
  • Maintain visitor logs
  • Handle courier, mail, and package management

HR Administration Support

  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates
  • Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave tracking
  • Assist in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmations
  • Help organize employee engagement activities, trainings, and events

Office Administration

  • Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors
  • Assist in organizing meetings and conference rooms
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Support general administrative tasks as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
