HR & Admin Executive (Female)

Kuala, India

The HR & Admin Executive will handle all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, and administrative operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the institution.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling and coordinating interviews
  • Preparing offer letters, appointment letters, managing joining formalities.
  • Conducting induction/orientation for new employees.

2. Employee Records & Data Management

  • Maintaining and updating attendance, leave, personal files (both physical & digital).
  • Maintaining records of employee movements (joining, transfers, exits).
  • Documentation handling (contracts, certificates, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
