Job Description:
Role : HR / Admin Executive (Female Candidate Preferred)
Qualification: Graduate in any stream (Bachelor’s degree required).
Experience Required : 0-1 Years
Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and front-desk interactions in a professional manner.
  • Maintain and update student records, attendance sheets, fee receipts, and other important documents.
  • Coordinate with trainers, students, and management regarding class schedules and daily operations.
  • Assist in organizing training programs, seminars, events, and orientation sessions.
  • Respond to inquiries from walk-ins, phone calls, and online platforms; provide clear information about available courses.
  • Support HR activities such as maintaining employee records, joining documents, and attendance tracking.
  • Assist in recruitment tasks like scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
  • Help the Accounts and HR departments with basic documentation, filing, and data entry work.
  • Support onboarding activities for new employees and interns.
  • Ensure office supplies are maintained and coordinate with vendors when required.

Skills Required :

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, emails, data entry).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to handle student inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Positive attitude, teamwork, and time management

Candidate Preference:

  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Only Pune-based candidates should apply.
  • Immediate joiner preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
