Job Description:
Role : HR / Admin Executive (Female Candidate Preferred)
Qualification: Graduate in any stream (Bachelor’s degree required).
Experience Required : 0-1 Years
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and front-desk interactions in a professional manner.
- Maintain and update student records, attendance sheets, fee receipts, and other important documents.
- Coordinate with trainers, students, and management regarding class schedules and daily operations.
- Assist in organizing training programs, seminars, events, and orientation sessions.
- Respond to inquiries from walk-ins, phone calls, and online platforms; provide clear information about available courses.
- Support HR activities such as maintaining employee records, joining documents, and attendance tracking.
- Assist in recruitment tasks like scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
- Help the Accounts and HR departments with basic documentation, filing, and data entry work.
- Support onboarding activities for new employees and interns.
- Ensure office supplies are maintained and coordinate with vendors when required.
Skills Required :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, emails, data entry).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to handle student inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and time management
