Job Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Coordinate onboarding and induction of new employees.
Assist in payroll processing and maintain HR documents.
Support employee engagement activities and handle HR-related queries.
Ensure implementation of company policies and HR processes.
Administration:
Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Manage office supplies, housekeeping, and vendor coordination.
Handle correspondence, courier, and documentation.
Support management with administrative and operational tasks.

Requirements:
Education: Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
Experience: Minimum 2 year in HR & Admin profile
Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
