Job Description

We are looking for an HR Admin Executive with proven experience in tender participation and documentation. The candidate will handle HR operations, office administration, and end-to-end tender support for government and private projects.

Key Responsibilities

HR & Administration

· Manage recruitment coordination, and employee documentation

· Maintain attendance, HR records

· Coordinate interviews

· Handle daily office administration and staff coordination

Tender Participation

· Identify and track government/private tenders

· Prepare and compile tender documents (eligibility, HR, compliance, profiles)

· Upload tenders on e-procurement portals within deadlines

· Coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial inputs

· Maintain tender trackers and follow-ups

Requirements

· 1–5 years’ experience in HR Admin + Tender participation

· Hands-on experience with e-tender portals

· Strong documentation and coordination skills

· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)

· Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
