Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee all local HR operations ensuring full compliance with Turkish labor laws.

2. Establish and maintain compliance systems and manage basic employee relations.

3. Lead full-cycle recruitment to meet production and entry-level staffing needs.

4. Provide comprehensive administrative support for office and new factory setup.

5. Coordinate payroll, benefits, and assist in organizing local employee training.


Requirements

1. 3+ years of HR/administrative experience, preferably in manufacturing or factory setup.

2. Fluent in Turkish and Chinese; English proficiency preferred.

3. Proficient in Turkish labor laws, MS Office, with strong communication and responsibility.
