We are seeking a proactive and motivated HR & Admin Intern to support day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, organized, and willing to learn. Freshers and candidates with 3–6 months of experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily HR and admin tasks.
  • Maintain employee records and documentation.
  • Support recruitment (screening, interview scheduling, follow-ups).
  • Manage calls, emails, and office communication.
  • Prepare reports and documents using MS Word & Excel.
  • Help manage office supplies and general admin workflows.
  • Handle social media posts related to HR updates and engagement.
  • Coordinate with team members for smooth operations.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the HR/Admin team.

Required Skills

  • 3–6 months of HR/Admin experience (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Word & Excel.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive, can-do attitude.
  • Basic understanding of HR/Admin functions.
  • Social media handling skills (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
