We are seeking a proactive and motivated HR & Admin Intern to support day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, organized, and willing to learn. Freshers and candidates with 3–6 months of experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily HR and admin tasks.
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
- Support recruitment (screening, interview scheduling, follow-ups).
- Manage calls, emails, and office communication.
- Prepare reports and documents using MS Word & Excel.
- Help manage office supplies and general admin workflows.
- Handle social media posts related to HR updates and engagement.
- Coordinate with team members for smooth operations.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the HR/Admin team.
Required Skills
- 3–6 months of HR/Admin experience (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Word & Excel.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude.
- Basic understanding of HR/Admin functions.
- Social media handling skills (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
