Job Title: HR & Admin Manager

Location: Bihar, Regional Office

Job Summary

The HR & Admin Manager will act as the primary HR and administrative representative at the regional level. The role is responsible for end-to-end HR operations, HRMS management, employee engagement, and office administration while ensuring seamless coordination with the Head Office.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, HRMS, and labor compliance
  • Hands-on experience with HR software (Zimyo preferred)
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Strong administrative and organizational abilities
  • Employee-centric approach with problem-solving mindset

Qualification

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in HR & Administration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
