HR & Admin Manager

The Human Resources and Admin Manager oversees both strategic people operations and daily office administration. Key responsibilities include managing the employee lifecycle (recruitment to termination), ensuring regulatory compliance, developing HR policies, and maintaining office systems. This role bridges the gap between management and staff to foster a positive workplace culture and operational efficiency.


Core Responsibilities

  • Human Resources Management:
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment, onboarding, and orientation programs.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and internal regulations.
  • Employee Relations: Manage grievances, performance appraisals, and conflict resolution.
  • Total Rewards: Oversee compensation, benefits administration, and payroll processes.
  • Development: Facilitate training, succession planning, and staff development initiatives.
  • Administrative Management:
  • Office Operations: Maintain and upgrade internal administrative procedures and office systems.
  • Facility Oversight: Manage office supplies, travel coordination, and workplace environment standards.
  • Financial Support: Assist with budgeting, supplier reconciliation etc.


Experiences

7-10 years of solid HR and Admin experience
