Hr / Admin manager

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Admin Officer to manage human resources functions and oversee daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will support recruitment, employee engagement, office administration, and ensure smooth internal processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Duties

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist in attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
  • Support performance management and employee evaluations.
  • Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Organize training sessions and employee engagement activities.

Administrative Duties

  • Oversee daily office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Manage office supplies, vendors, and facility maintenance.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
  • Maintain office files, records, and correspondence.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
  • Support management with reports and administrative assistance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant HR/Admin experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
