HR & Admin Manager

A leading steel pipe manufacturing company based in Faisalabad is seeking to hire an Admin & HR Manager to lead its human resources and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and employee retention processes.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and best practices.
  • Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave management and employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations and company policies.
  • Manage administrative operations including office facilities, security, transport, housekeeping and vendor management.
  • Maintain HR and administrative documentation, reports, and audits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Pakistani labor laws, HR practices and factory administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
