· Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure end to end Recruitment and selection process is effective, prepare administrative processes for new hires, including salary proposals, contracts, and employment files.
· Create and maintain secure and confidential HR databases and filing systems
· Run and ensure payroll administration is timely and effective, with accurate data record keeping
· Support in stages of the annual performance management cycle
· Ensures that HR policies and procedures are communicated accurately
· Administers the process for contract development, contract renewals, Offboarding
· Ensure government relations, employment residencies, company licenses, mall permits, Fire Alarm contracts are consistently updated and secure
· Provides advice, guidance and interpretation on the application of HR programs, policies and procedures
· Handle and address local employee relations matters
· Contribute to internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.
· Support in additional HR and Admin related duties as requested by Country Ops and Regional HR.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
