Job Summary:
The HR & Admin Officer is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR functions in the factory, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. This role ensures smooth onboarding, enforces disciplinary standards fairly, and maintains accurate and up-to-date employee records in line with legal and company requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and conduct employee onboarding, including orientation sessions, document collection, and induction into company policies and safety procedures.
- Monitor and manage staff attendance, absences, and leave records in coordination with the timekeeping system.
- Handle employee grievances and support resolution of workplace conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Support disciplinary procedures in line with company policy, including documentation and communication.
- Maintain up-to-date personnel files and HR records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Assist with internal audits and inspections by preparing necessary HR-related compliance documents.
- Prepare monthly HR reports for management, including staffing updates, disciplinary cases, and compliance status.
- Support general administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and coordination with other departments.
