About Us: Innovative Construction Solutions is a Lahore-based small company providing construction consultancy services across the USA and Canada.

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and professional Female HR & Admin Officer to join our team.

Location: Johar Town, Near Allahu Chowk, Lahore

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Handle HR and administrative operations
  • Manage employee attendance, records, and documentation
  • Resolve employee-related issues professionally
  • Enforce company policies and maintain office discipline
  • Assist in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes
  • Search and hire suitable candidates through LinkedIn and Indeed
  • Maintain reports and Excel sheets efficiently
  • Coordinate with management for smooth office operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of HR/Admin experience
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong ability to search and hire quality talent online
  • Relevant degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced environment
