- Experience: 3~5 years in HR and administrative roles preferably in Manufacturing Industry
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Age: Should be between 25 to 30 years of age
- Location: 31 KM Ferozepur, Road Lahore
- Compensation Package: 60k+ along with Gratuity, Medical OPD+IPD with family Coverage, Group Life Insurance, EOBI pension, Leave Encashment would be offered to the selected candidate.
- HR Officer duties and responsibilities
- Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
- Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
- Monitoring employee performance.
- Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
- Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
- Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
- Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
- Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
- Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
- Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
- Drawing up plans for future personnel hiring procedures and goals

- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS & ERP
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Ability to work effectively in a Team environment
- Strong ethics and reliability providing assistance in Recruitment, performance management, employee data management and HR operations.
