HR Job Duties:

Must have minimum of 2 years of exp in relevant field⁠ ⁠

Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties (Main role)

⁠ ⁠Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives and manager

⁠ ⁠Compile and update employee records

. Payroll process for remote, fulltime, part time employees, auditors, tutors

⁠ ⁠Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities

⁠ ⁠Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes

⁠ ⁠Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations

⁠ ⁠Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews

⁠ ⁠Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees

HR Skills and Qualifications:

⁠ ⁠Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.

⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge of PF, ESI and etc.,

⁠ ⁠Highly organized and detail oriented

⁠ ⁠Efficient time-management, direction

⁠ ⁠Skilled in the art of multitasking

⁠ ⁠Excels both in independent work and collaboration

⁠ ⁠Good analytical and problem-solving skills

⁠ ⁠Honest, ethical and dependable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
