Financial Fabric is a FinTech startup, with registered offices in the United States and India, providing DataHub technology services to hedge funds, asset managers, wealth managers, institutional investors, broker-dealers, and other financial services organizations. The Financial Fabric DataHub service uses Microsoft data platforms, proprietary data models, and analytics. It combines traditional big data and machine learning technologies to solve different classes of data and analytical problems.

You will be part of the Financial Fabric development team, with opportunities to learn and contribute to financial services project management. We provide a fast-paced challenging environment delivering new products and providing rapid growth potential.

Minimum Qualification: Graduation in English/Mass Communication/ HR&Admin experience, having interest in project management and professional interaction skills.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized HR, Admin & Project Coordinator to support our HR, administrative, and project management functions. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams, ensuring smooth hiring operations, effective project tracking, and clear communication across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end HR and administrative activities, including hiring coordination and day-to-day office support.
  • Oversee and coordinate multiple client projects, tracking progress, timelines, and expected delivery dates (ETAs).
  • Collect regular status updates from internal teams and consolidate progress reports for management.
  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings, internal discussions, and review calls.
  • Attend meetings and calls, document minutes, and ensure follow-ups and action items are tracked.
  • Maintain and update project planners, trackers, and management tools to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Draft and manage professional email communication with vendors/internal stakeholders.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules and forecasting plans.
  • Track project milestones, identify risks or delays, and escalate issues when required.
  • Ensure all stakeholders are regularly informed about project progress, changes, and timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong email drafting and professional correspondence abilities.
  • Ability to coordinate with teams, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and common office tools.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing priorities efficiently.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through.

Mandatory Criteria

  • Must be based in Kolkata and willing to commute to the office.
  • Candidates should come from a non-technical background.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
