Job Description

· Manage staff attendance, leave records, and shift rosters.

· Prepare monthly salary sheet in coordination with accounts.

· Ensure proper grooming, discipline, and behavior of all staff.

· Handle recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities for branch employees.

· Conduct induction and orientation for new joiners.

· Assist in employee engagement activities and team-building events.

· Maintain employee files and HR documentation.

· Support in grievance handling and coordinate with Regional HR for resolutions.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, rules, and regulations.

· Coordinate staff training sessions and maintain training records.

· Maintain healthy employee relations and act as a bridge between staff and management.

- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in HR
