As we scale, we are looking to strengthen our people and operational foundation with a dedicated HR & Administration professional.
Role Overview
The HR & Administration professional will be responsible for managing end-to-end human resource operations and day-to-day administrative functions. The role ensures smooth employee lifecycle management, compliance, and internal operational efficiency, enabling teams to focus on delivery and growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
- Execute structured onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system access
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
- Manage attendance, leave records, and coordinate payroll processing with external vendors or consultants
- Support performance management processes, appraisal cycles, and feedback documentation
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, internal guidelines, and statutory compliance
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits
- Support employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture
Administration
- Oversee office administration including vendor management, utilities, and office supplies
- Track expenses and coordinate reimbursements
- Manage company tools, subscriptions, and access controls
- Coordinate documentation such as employment contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements
- Maintain and organize internal documentation, SOPs, and administrative records
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in HR and administration roles
- Experience working in startups, agencies, or fast-paced environments preferred
- Working knowledge of Indian labor laws, payroll processes, and statutory compliance
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and HR/admin tools

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,300.00 per month
