Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of HR experience in UAE in the F&B sector.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, visa processes, and compliance procedures.
- Experience working with or supervising PRO/government liaison activities.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Manage full-cycle HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, contract management, and employee offboarding.
- Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and ensure accuracy of HR documentation.
- Support employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and performance tracking.
- Ensure all HR practices comply with UAE labor laws and internal policies.
- Coordinate payroll inputs including attendance, leaves, and other employee data.
- Assist with training, engagement, and retention initiatives.
Administrative Oversight:
- Supervise and coordinate with the PRO on all government-related activities, including:
- Visa processing, renewals, and cancellations
- Trade license applications, renewals, and amendments
- Health cards, tenancy contracts, and municipality approvals
- Outlet openings, closings, and relevant regulatory tasks
- Ensure timely submission and follow-up of all legal and regulatory documents.
- Maintain a tracking system for all government applications, renewals, and company documentation.
