What You’ll Do

• Source and attract top talent through job boards, social media, networking, and other creative channels.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to identify strong candidates.
• Schedule interviews promptly and coordinate with hiring managers across 19 locations.
• Manage our applicant tracking system and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and help shape effective recruitment strategies.
• Represent the Jim Shorkey Auto Group at job fairs and recruitment events, showcasing our culture and opportunities.
• Track and report onboarding progress to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Maintain documentation and compliance for all onboarding processes.
• Provide administrative and HR support as needed.
• Operate a multi-line telephone system, answering all calls quickly and in a courteous, professional manner.

Schedule:

• Full-Time | On-Site
• Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (onsite)

Requirements:

What You Bring

• A strong interest in recruitment and human resources
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with recruitment software is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage a fast-paced workload.
