HR Administrative Assistant

Duties:
- Perform various administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and responding to emails
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain office supplies
- Maintain and update employee records, both physical and digital
- Assist with benefits enrollment, addressing employee inquiries, and coordinating with benefits providers
- Provide support for payroll processing, e.g. check employee time card
- Assist and Update HR policies and procedures to employees Ensure HR practices and policies comply with labor laws and regulations
- Contact and find contractor
- Any administrative tasks assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

- Fluency in both spoken and written Chinese is preferred
- Previous experience as HR administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
