The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive
Part-Time Operations & Admin Coordinator
to be the operational backbone of our growing team. This role is specifically designed for a university student who wants to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced tech venture while managing their studies.
While our engineers build the hardware and software that power our autonomous platforms, you will build and maintain the internal infrastructure that allows our team to operate smoothly. We offer flexible working hours designed to accommodate your class schedule.

What You Will Manage
As the core of ZERK’s daily operations, you will design and maintain the workflows that keep our company running effectively:

Office Ecosystem:
Ensuring our workspace is fully equipped, organized, and optimized for a high-performing engineering team.

Employer Branding & Events:
Managing our public-facing identity through social media and expanding our footprint by chasing down the best industry fairs and exhibitions.

Team Support & Culture:
Serving as the first line of support for HR processes and keeping the team engaged with regular social activities.
Key Responsibilities

Event & Exhibition Coordination:
Research, plan, and coordinate ZERK's participation in industry trade shows and fairs, as well as organize internal company social events.

HR & Recruitment Support:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, handle day-to-day HR tasks, and meticulously track employee time-off and leave balances.

Social Media & Communications:
Draft and publish engaging posts for our company LinkedIn page to boost our brand presence.

Office Management:
Track, order, and manage all office supplies and ensure the workspace remains organized and functional.

Corporate Correspondence:
Act as a professional point of contact, handling B2B email communications with partner firms, vendors, and clients.

Financial Administration:
Create and maintain robust Excel spreadsheets to track purchasing, procurement, and incoming/outgoing invoices.

Executive Support:
Assist the leadership and technical teams in formatting, proofreading, and preparing presentations and other vital documents.
Requirements & Qualifications

Education:
Must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student.

Availability:
Able to work part-time with flexible hours (we will work around your class schedule).

Experience:
Prior experience in student clubs, event organization, or part-time admin roles is a huge plus, but we value proactivity and organization above all else.

Software Proficiency:
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly
Excel
(for creating tracking tables and managing budgets).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for handling corporate emails and drafting social media content.
