HR & Admin – Roles & Responsibilities

Location – Bangalore , preferably male candidates only

Manage laptops and office assets – issuance, maintenance, repairs, and inventory. Maintain vendor list for Wi-Fi, joining kits, housekeeping, pantry, stationery, electrician, plumber, carpenter, and security.

Ensure office cleanliness, hygiene, and safety (CCTV, biometric, fire extinguishers, first aid kits).

Monitor and restock pantry/office supplies (snacks, water, toiletries, cutlery) with proper billing records.

Oversee Wi-Fi, UPS, AC, and other equipment; arrange timely servicing or repairs. Handle courier services, printing jobs, and external errands (food/supplies).

Arrange meeting rooms, equipment, refreshments, and visitor coordination.

Support travel and logistics – cabs, tickets, and accommodation.

Submit monthly bills (electricity, water, internet, tea/coffee, food, etc.) to Accounts. Supervise office support staff (office boy, housekeeping, security).

Support onboarding and exit formalities – joining kits, seating, ID/email setup, asset collection.

Share HR notices, circulars, and holiday lists internally.

Organize birthdays, anniversaries, festivals, and team-building events.

Collect feedback on office facilities and employee engagement.

Perform other HR & Admin tasks assigned by the Manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
