Morgan Corp. is currently searching for an HR Administrator to work with a project in Smarr, GA.

Morgan Corp. is seeking a highly organized HR Administrator to support a large-scale civil construction project located in Smarr, Georgia. This position is based on-site for the duration of the project and provides administrative support to Human Resources, Recruiting, Training, and the Project Management team. The Site Administrator is the primary point of contact for administrative, payroll, and HR-related activities on the project site, playing a critical role in supporting recruiting, onboarding, training, and day-to-day project operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary on-site contact for administrative, payroll, and HR needs, supporting employees, candidates, and project leadership.
  • Coordinate all onboarding activities, including collecting hire packets, processing I-9 documentation, submitting background checks, and maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Support ongoing recruiting efforts by greeting candidates, assisting with resume review and screening, scheduling interviews, and distributing recruiting materials.
  • Manage site training needs by scheduling sessions, preparing materials, and documenting completions in the company’s Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Oversee general site office operations, including greeting visitors, receiving deliveries, answering calls, ordering supplies, coordinating meals for events, and managing conference room and video conferencing logistics, as needed.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and other administrative materials, and assist with special projects or additional tasks assigned by HR, Recruiting, or Project Management.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrative, HR, or office support experience; construction or field-based experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to learn and navigate HR systems, LMS platforms, and project management tools.
